*Zone 4 customers, when you contact us please provide us with a list of the items you wish to order, and a full delivery address in order that we can best provide you with a delivery quote
All our items are sent by courier so please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and include a telephone number so that the courier can contact you if necessary.
Returns and cancellations
Should you decide you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item. Goods must be returned to us in all their original product packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition. A full refund of the product cost will be given. Return postage costs cannot be reimbursed. Please include the original invoice to expedite your refund.
If the product is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item please contact us in writing via e-mail or using the Contact Form so we can advice you how to proceed. Please provide as much information as possible about the nature of any faults. Your invoice number is essential to aid us in finding your order and to help you quickly.
